Upea kokemus: Our hotel booked for us a snow mobile safari and snow shoing with Lapponia, we were really happy with the tour. Our guide picked us up from the hotel we drove to their center, the supplied is with snow shoes, helmets and snow shoes, The snow mobile safari was fun and our guide was very informative. After that we went back and got out sticks and large snow shoes and we went for the walking it was fun as well. our guide was great he catered for everyone physical abilities without making any one feel uncomfortable. Definitely recommend them for your trips

Upea kokemus: トナカイのそり体験、餌やり体験、そしてオーロラツアーに参加しました。 前日の夜に急遽申し込みましたが、メールでの対応もとても丁寧で、安心して参加することができました。 天候にも恵まれ、光害のない静かな場所で、満天の星空を眺めながらのトナカイそり体験は、本当に忘れられないほど素晴らしい時間でした。 約1時間のそり体験と餌やりを楽しんだあとは、暖かいコタに入り、トナカイについてのお話を聞きながら温かいブルーベリージュースをいただきました。その後は、コタの外で約1時間、ゆっくりとオーロラを観察することができました。 最高のロケーションで、最高のオーロラを見ることができ、人生で一番と言っていいほど感動的な体験になりました。 ガイドの皆さんもとても気さくで親切で、写真も撮ってくださり、本当に素敵な思い出になりました。 私は英語が得意ではない日本人ですが、ガイドさんたちはとても聞き取りやすく、ゆっくりと分かりやすい英語で話してくれるので、その点もまったく心配いりませんでした。 サーリセルカ中心部はどうしても街の明かりがありますが、このツアーでは光害のない場所まで連れていってくれるうえ、トナカイのアクティビティまで一緒に楽しめるため、オーロラ観察と体験型アクティビティの両方を満喫できる最高のツアーだと感じました。 オーロラは自然現象なので運次第のところもありますが、もし参加を迷っている方がいるなら、このツアーを心からおすすめします。きっと後悔しない、素晴らしい体験になるはずです。

Positiivinen kokemus: Accueil manque un peu de chaleur mais les renseignements sont clairs et précis en anglais, l’équipe est bien adapté n’hésitez à demander à changer de taille pour être à l’aise dans votre combinaison ou vos chaussures. Les excursions sont e de qualité : chien de traîneaux, visite de l’élevage, visite de la ferme et ballade de Rennes, randonnées en raquettes, journée de ski nordique et motoneige et pêche dans l’eau d’un lac gelé. Les classiques incontournables de la Laponie. Un certain. budget est à prévoir pour ne pas être frustré et pouvoir profiter

Upea kokemus: We had an incredible adventure! We drove over 900 km on snow mobiles and slept two nights in a wilderness cabin near a frozen lake. We had a super guide „Ville“ who organized and helped us with everything. I had a crash and received a new snow mobile as a replacement, thanks for the great service!

Upea kokemus: My wife and I had a great time on our reindeer trek through the night forest. Stars were outrageously beautiful! Our guide was fantastic he was so funny like the Finnish Harry Potter. Very passionate, knowledgeable and really good company we love him. Definitely a magical moment

Negatiivinen kokemus: We paid 162 euros for a snowmobile tour that was supposed to be an hour long—but we only got about 47 minutes on the snow. The group of 12 made for a chaotic ride, with most people too scared to handle the controls properly. As a result, the average speed was barely 10 km/h, and frequent stops for selfies disrupted the experience. Overall, it felt more like a disorganized outing than an exciting tour, and it certainly wasn’t worth the money. On a brighter note, earlier that day we rented classic cross-country skis. The prices were reasonable, the gear was top-notch, and the staff was very friendly. That part of our day was a real highlight.

Upea kokemus: Wir haben drei Safaris (2 x Schneemobil und 1 x Schneschuhwahnderung) mit Lapponia gemacht und es waren dort alle freundlich und organisiert und geduldig. Hervorzuheben ist die Flexibilität und die Reaktionsbereitschaft und den Einsatz, wenn etwas nicht ganz rund läuft. Zu einer Safari hatten wir von unserem Reiseveranstalter wohl eine falsche Startuhrzeit mitgeteilt bekommen und den eigentlichen Start verpasst. Lapponia hat uns am selben Abend noch auf eine eigene Safari für den nächsten Tag gebucht. Vielen Dank dafür!!

Upea kokemus: Wir haben im Dezember die „Ice fishing Snowmobile safari to Wilderness Lake“ gebucht und waren absolut begeistert. Beim See angekommen haben wir zuerst gefischt und wurden dann in einer warmen Hütte mit Essen versorgt. Anschließend ist Milla, unser Tourguide, mit uns eine wunderschöne Tour gefahren (wir waren an diesem Tag die einzigen, die diesen Ausflug gebucht hatten), bei der wir die zauberhafte Landschaft Inaris gesehn haben. Wir machten immer wieder Fotopausen mit genug Zeit! Danke Milla für diesen wundervollen Tag!!!! An einem anderen Tag haben wir uns direkt bei Lapponia Tours eine Langlaufausrüstung ausgeborgt, alles wurde toll erklärt und war easy in der Abwicklung. Kann ich nur empfehlen, einfach hingehen und alles vor Ort besprechen!!

Et aussi à 10 minutes de l'arche départ des pistes de ski de fond - l'excursion motoneige à faire absolument magique - le dîner saumon excellent et exceptionnel dans une Kota - l'ice fishing sur un lac gelé effet Wahoo pour le lieu, l'expérience de creuser un trou ds le lac - la balade avec des Huskis sur 2h dt 1h de balade réelle sur 10 km qui est à jamais gravé ds ma mémoire une expérience inoubliable, totalement sécurisée par un suivi par des motos neige MAGIQUE - la visite de la ferme des rennes pour mieux les comprendre via les riches explications et les voir dans leur élément - la fourniture de tout l'équipement = les combinaisons et chaussures et moufles et casques/cagoules absolument adaptés qui font que l'on n'a jamais froid même si -30 Que du bonheur ***** Allez y foncez vous aurez un voyage de rêve avec Lapponia Tours Et juste l'envie du retourner

She expertly navigated the snowy roads, taking us through a winter wonderland to their office in Saariselkä. There, we were fitted into our winter armor—snowsuits, gloves, boots, and socks—ready for the Arctic elements. She filled our ride with friendly conversation and shared local tips, making us feel welcome from the start. We had three unforgettable excursions with Lapponia Tours, each more magical than the last. Reindeer Sleigh Ride This experience felt like stepping into an ancient myth. Our guides were not only friendly and outgoing but also a treasure trove of knowledge. Reindeers, these gentle and majestic creatures, seemed to belong to another world. We even got to feed them! Halfway through, we stopped amidst a pristine, snow-white forest, where a bonfire flickered against the twilight. Visa, one of our guides, told us mesmerizing tales of Lapland around the firepit, and we could feel the deep connection they all had with these creatures and the land. There was a calm, a reverence for nature, that made this experience truly otherworldly. Husky Ride Pure, unfiltered joy. Surrounded by nearly a hundred excited huskies, the energy was infectious. We set off on a breathtaking trail, the snow glittering beneath us as we sped through the wilderness. The guides, always attentive, ensured that both we and the dogs were safe and comfortable throughout the ride. Afterward, we gathered by in a hut with a roaring fire, sipping hot berry juice that was absolutely divine. Sharing stories and photos with the guides added a personal touch, and we left with hearts full of happiness. Snowmobile Adventure This was the thrill of the Arctic—a powerful ride through yet another stunning trail, this time leading us near a serene, frozen lake. The snowmobiles roared to life, and we raced through the snow with adrenaline coursing through our veins. It was exhilarating yet surreal, the perfect blend of adventure and beauty. A special thanks to the staff, especially Milla, who joined us on most of our adventures. Her warmth, expertise, and attention to detail made our experience truly exceptional. Lapponia Tours is an all-around fantastic company—attentive, welcoming, and flawlessly organized. Every moment was carefully curated to immerse us in the magic of Lapland.

Positiivinen kokemus: Good company for activities in Saariselka. Saaya at the reception and Arto as a guide are amazing and knowledgeable people. Only one drawback was that their gear quality is pretty average and even their snowmobiles are a bit outdated and have minor faults.

Upea kokemus: Did the snow mobile tour to see the Northern Lights. Our guide, I think his name was Arto, was great! He took us to a spot where we got to see the lights and he helped people take pictures. I had no clue what I was doing, but at the end, he shared the photos he took with me and others. They were SO GOOD. I was also very appreciative of all the warm gear because it was outrageously cold. Thanks Arto!

Negatiivinen kokemus: Onze ervaring met Lapponia Tours is 1 ster waard. Laat ik beginnen met een positief stukje. Lapponia heeft echt een fantastisch pand met leuke medewerkers en de beste verhuurmogelijkheden. Echter lijkt alles erop gericht om zoveel mogelijk geld te verdienen aan toeristen. Niets mis mee natuurlijk, het zijn ondernemers en ze moeten het hebben van een half jaar hoogseizoen. Echter in ons geval neigt het naar oplichting. Allereerst maakten we een huskytocht en betaalden voor 20km ongeveer € 200,- euro per persoon. We waren met 6 personen dus dat hakt er wel even in. Uiteindelijk duurde de tocht slechts 50 minuten en werden we na de tocht zo de bus naar huis ingedrukt. Ook hadden we een auroratour met een busje op een avond dat de kans op het noorderlicht 0,0% was. Deze tour van € 560,- duurde uiteindelijk 2 uur, we reden naar 2 parkeerplaatsen en via de Kaunispa terug naar de accommodatie. Je raadt het al geen noorderlicht gezien. Na thuiskomst een klacht ingediend, gelukkig toegekend, we zouden 40% terugkrijgen van de kosten. Echter die krijgen we pas als we een schade aan een tafel in het huisje zouden betalen. Een schade die we zelf niet hadden opgemerkt en ook niet hadden veroorzaakt. Het was een zwart rondje op een houten tafel. De factuur die we toegestuurd kregen was € 620,-. We krijgen de 40% van de tour pas terug als we deze schade zouden betalen. Naast het belachelijke bedrag (je koopt een nieuwe tafel voor dat bedrag) hebben we deze schade niet veroorzaakt en wordt eea gewoon aangenomen. Het lijkt erop dat men hier maximaal probeert te profiteren van het toerisme. Je betaalt al de hoofdprijs door de accommodatie en tours en dan achteraf dit erbij voelt niet goed!

Upea kokemus: Nous venons de passer la semaine du nouvel an à Saariselka et avons fait toutes nos excursions avec Lapponia tours : moto neige, chiens de traîneau, ferme des rennes, location de fatbike électrique, raquette et ski de fond, très bon matériel. C'était exceptionnel ! Très bonne organisation et nos interlocutrices françaises étaient au top ! Merci Jo, Margot, Cécilia et Marielle ainsi qu'à toute l'équipe finlandaise : nous avons passé une semaine magique grâce à vous !

Negatiivinen kokemus: You guys should be sorry. I applied for an aurora viewing experience with a sled. There were two sleds, one is an open sled that is commonly thought of and the other is a wooden board box. I got on the sled box because all the seats in the regular sled were full. Are you really kidding? It was too shaking and smelly and stuffy, so I wanted to leave as soon as I got on. The two women behind told us to stop the sled and complained to the guide. They said they came for a sled, not a small bus. And they got on the spare seats. We also asked him for a change but he said there were no more seats, and hang in there for a few minutes. After that, I asked him for changing seats while coming back with people on the six-person outdoor sled, but it was rejected. He just replied they are family and don't want to fall apart. I wanted to avoid friction with other visitors, so I talk to the guide. But the answer was same. “They want to stay together!” The problem here is that there weren't even a choice which sled to sit on. While the same tour, the same money. No one wants to sit in the sled box. Then the leader has to mediate and offer a solution. It's simple. Take half a turn. We came here to experience sledding. The guide has to be responsible for letting the customer experience the service. Not keeping the family‘s time. Do you think it's more important keeping family’s time than letting the customer have a nice experience for in less than an hour? Is that what you do? Someone else was harmed just because there were big group. I paid but couldn't enjoy the experience at all. Is it that hard to treat the customer equally? You dismissed our rights and just cared a big group’s feelings. How funny! It was the first and last tour in Saariselka and it was the worst memory ever. Lastly, he kept asking, “isn't it warm inside the sled, right?” Not at all!!! It was cold inside. If someone who wants a warm inside, they will take a mini van, not a sled!! It was the worst. Ride it yourself.

Negatiivinen kokemus: On the day of the tour, I went there on the day of the tour and heard that 6 people can ride outdoor on a sled and can cover ourselves in blankets, so two of us paid 170 euros to sign up, but when we got there, it wasn't that sled, and it was indoors and covered on all sides or frozen, making it hard to see outside. A few minutes later, the person who was riding with us protested and the guide let them out, but when we said that we also want to ride outside, they said they would drop us off in 2 minutes, but we just kept going for long time. When we stopped for a moment and talked to them, they said that they couldn't sit outside because the people riding the outdoor sled were big families. We paid same fee for the ride, so we asked him if we could change it for a while or ask the family to change but he said they wouldn't like it and blocked us without even asking. They didn't change it until the end, and the ride was worse scenery than riding a bus, so I slept in the ride. It was a waste of money and I didn't speak loudly, so he just ignored it. The guide is just unfriendly and doesn't communicate well. And there were snacks included, but I ate just a cup of tea outside . 투어 하는 날 찾아가서 밖에서 6명 타는 썰매에서 담요 덮고 타는 거라고 듣고 둘이서 170유로 내고 신청했는데 가보니 그 썰매가 아니라 실내에 사방이 다 가려져있거나 얼려있어서 밖이 잘 보이지 않는 썰매로 유도했다. 몇 분뒤 같이 탔던 분이 항의해서 그들은 내보내줬는데 우리도 밖에서 타고 싶다고 했더니 2분 뒤에 내려준다고 해놓고 그냥 계속 갔고 잠깐 멈췄을때 얘기하니까 야외 썰매 탄 가람들이 큰 가족이라 못나눈다고 함. 우리도 같은 돈 내고 탄건데 왜 불가능하냐고 하고 중간에 바꿀 수 있거나 한번 물어봐달라고 하니까 그냥 그들이 싫어할거야 하고 물어보지도 않고 차단함. 끝까지 안바꿔주고 그냥 버스타는거 보다 못한 승차감에 풍경에 올때는 잤습니다. 돈 개아깝고 세게 말하지 않으니 그냥 무시당했네요. 그냥 가이드가 불친절하고 말이 안통해요. 그리고 포함사항에 간식도 있었는데 차한잔 서서 먹고 끝났습니다.

Upea kokemus: Wir haben im März die ganztägige Schneemobil-Tour sowie die Rentier-Safari gebucht. Beide Ausflüge waren sehr gut organisiert und die Guides waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können den Anbieter nur weiterempfehlen ☺️

Upea kokemus: Auch wenn wir wussten, dass es zu dieser Zeit keine Fische zu fangen gibt, haben wir trotzdem diese tolle Erfahrung gemacht. Tour direkt von daheim aus gebucht, 4 Std. Eis-Safari. Wir wurden vom Hotel abgeholt, danach ging es zur Außenstation wo bereit ein Schneemobil mit Schlitten als Anhänger mit großen Felldecken auf uns gewartet hat. Nach etwa 1,5 Std Fahrt kamen wir an einen großen See, selbst Löcher ins Eis bohren, Angeln rein und warten......... gut dass der Guide (ich habe leider seinen Namen vergessen) typisch Finnländische Würstchen und Brot dabei hatte. Es wurde ein Feuerlager gemacht und wir konnten uns dort erwärmen und die leckeren Bratwürste verputzen. Der Guide hat uns so viel über Finnland, die Bewohner, Bräuche und auch Sehnsüchte erzählt, dass findet man in keinem Buch oder Reiseführer. Es war der Wahnsinn, 1000 Dank nochmal.

Upea kokemus: Super Safaris! Wir haben die 120 km Snowmobile Safari und die King Crab Safari nach Kirkenes gemacht. Beide waren toll organisiert, mit viel Inhalt und netten Guides. Für uns absolut empfehlenswert und ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Positiivinen kokemus: Très bon service. Le personnel parle très bien anglais. Le matériel de location est un peu usé mais suffisant. En revanche, je vous conseille d'aller voir la concurrence pour les expéditions. Ce sont des expéditions avec de gros groupes. Si vous voulez quelque chose de plus authentique, de moins "usine", renseignez-vous dans les autres agences du coin. Il y en a beaucoup.

Negatiivinen kokemus: We did the minibus aurora hunting tour. First there was no minibus, we were 4 adults + 2 children + guide in a car. Completely packed. When you hire a aurora hunting you are expecting to reach somo isolated spots, not parkings. The guide even stop in a side of the main road complaining about traffic. You should look for places with no light pollution to see the auroras not to stop in the main road. Last stop just 20 min for the main road, not even in a high spot, sorry for only 1 star. 95€ per person for a car ride. The worst tour I've done in my life.

Upea kokemus: Night time in the wilderness with top safaris in saariselkä , Daniel was our chef and northern lights spotter, and all round entertainer. Was a fantastic night, Daniel cooked a lovely meal. Was very entertaining with funny stories.then we was taken to the frozen lake to look for the northern stars with lots of oohs and ahhs. Was a very memorable experience brilliant end to our holiday. Thanks Daniel.

Upea kokemus: There's a wide range of activities to do, which is great for those who are looking for a wild adventure as well as those looking for something fun to do with the family. The price for each activity is per person and includes equipment rental - I wore ski pants and boots, but for most of the activities they provided a much warmer ski suit, boots, gloves, and helmets. Snowmobiling was a lot of fun, our guide was great! The reindeer sleigh ride was a very unique and fun experience as well!

Upea kokemus: We visited saariselka independently (not part of a tour pacakge) and had to book our outings/activities ourselves. We went to Top Safari's after seeing a few good write ups on TripAdvisor. I sent an initial email to enquire about some bookings and they were incredibly helpful. They made availability for us even on days when activities were not advertised, and it was so nice to be on safari (huskies reindeer, snow mobiles and skiing) in a small group of 8 or so instead of part of a coach load of tourists. They also went above and beyond with helping us - we needed to book a taxi to a restaurant outside the resort - they did this for us, even though it had nothing to do with them. They gave us a discount on activities for our children and were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating in every respect. Plus all the guides are local to the area and are full of stories and anecdotes. Top Safaris made our holiday such a pleasure. Thanks :)

Upea kokemus: サーリセルカに滞在中にクロスカントリースキースクールに参加しました。スタッフは少なく忙しそうでしたが、声をかけると優しく対応してくれます。 スクールは15名ほどの参加者がおり、ポーランド人、韓国人、中国人と多国籍でした。1時間半講習を受け、そのあとはコースを自由に滑ります。コーチは2人付き(人数によるかもしれませんが)初心者でも何度も優しく励まされながら、滑れるようになるので安心してください。 コースは初心者向けから上級者向けまで様々あり、上級者向けは30kmくらいあるようでした。 スキーグッズはその後24時間借りられます。 とても楽しい経験になりました。
